HOW TO RETRIEVE YOUR LOST OR DAMAGED ETISALAT SIM CARD

This post is meant for those who can't locate etisalat office for their damaged or lost sim card, the good news is you can retrieve your sim cards at the comfort of your home or cyber cafe, no need for long queues and spending unreasonable money before you can do a sim swap but mind you your sim should be registered before trying the procedures bellow.

1. GET OLD SIM PUK NUMBER (You can get that on the plastic card that came with your sim)

2. GET NEW ETISALAT SIM CARD (Don't register it)

3. Visit www.etisalat.com.ng/simswap/simswap.php and fill the form that is on the page, click submit when your done.

4. Wait for the next 24 hours before you activate your new sim which has your old number, but if it does not work after 24 hours wait a little more.

Note you are to use a valid email address when asked.
