Am very sure browsing without a sim card sounds awkward but it's possible though not on every phone, this can be done only on phones such as Nokia X3, C3 and other symbian phones that have WLAN.
To configure you phone to browse without sim card Goto settings on your phone, Click on connectivity,
select wlan after that connect ur phone with someone browsing with Laptop or decktop having modem .
2. Connect Your wlan , it will search 4 service & will connect, Goto Your web browser,
address and enter Your website e.g[www.smarttechtricks.com], it will ask You the Following Question...
a. pakage data
b. wlan
c. access point.
choose wlan to connect and browse
